The short version
We do not sell your data. We have no accounts, logins, newsletter signup, or active affiliate links. The printable checklist requires no email address. The contact form collects only the information you choose to submit so we can respond.
What we collect
- Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message, and the submission information Netlify provides. We use it only to read and respond to your request, handle corrections, or fulfil a privacy request.
- Hosting logs. Netlify may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. Its own privacy documentation governs that processing.
Who processes contact submissions
The site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions on our behalf so they can be delivered to us. We do not use contact-form information for marketing, sell it, or add it to a mailing list.
How long contact information is kept
We keep a message only for as long as reasonably needed to answer it, maintain an accurate correction record, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to correct or delete a contact submission using the contact form.
Cookies, including affiliate cookies
No affiliate tracking links are active, so this site does not currently send visitors to retailers with an affiliate identifier. If that changes, this policy and the affiliate disclosure will be updated before those links go live.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to read the current site.
Newsletter
There is no newsletter signup at present. If email collection is introduced later, this policy will identify the provider, purpose, retention approach, and unsubscribe method before the form is activated.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights and contact
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Write to us via the contact page and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and note what changed. The 28 July 2026 update added the contact-form collection and Netlify processing disclosures.
